We are engaged in conducting regular research and development activities that are targeted at improving the usability and durability of our glass bottles and ROPP caps. For this purpose, we have created a Research & Development department that takes care of all such activities. The department is headed by a team of researchers and scientists who keep abreast of the changing technologies in the global market and update our products as per the latest technology. The team conducts various experiments to enhance the performance of the current range and recommends them to the concerned department for implementation.

Keeping in mind the fragile nature of finished bottles we only rely on our online packing system. We also utilize corrugated boxes and shrink films in packaging our range of fragile glass bottles. The whole packing process is completed in two steps:

• Bottles are collected in pre-fixed comportment
• Then they are shrink-wrapped.

These steps are carried out with utmost care ensuring worthy packaging and transportation of glass bottles to different parts of globe with ease. We completely ensure that the final product reaches the client with negligible damage.

Our organization is situated within a campus of infrastructural excellence. Spread across a vast area of 15 acres, we have divided our infrastructure into various segments to facilitate the departmentalization of staff and machinery for continuous productivity. Further, equipped with latest machines, our facility has an installed capacity of producing 130 tons of pharma amber glass.

Our production process is completely automatic comprising of the following:

• Raw material mixing
• Batching
• Melting
• Refining of glass
• Conversion of molten glass into bottles
• Commences on a fully automated plant
• The silica-soda-lime mix is converted into fully and annealed bottles automatically
